2021 ANNUAL MEETING REPORT MARCH 1, 2021
ATTENDEES:

President Wynberg called the Annual Meeting to order @6:30pm. 54
owners/voters were present, quorum was met.
Secretary reports proof of Notice of the Annual Meeting for 2021 was
notarized by Linda Fentner Treasurer,followed by the presentation of the
2020 Annual Meeting Report. The report was accepted and closed.
Reports from each officer were presented and accepted as read. Treasurer
introduced the 8 new owners to the members.
Owner, Noreen Bailey request break- down of cost for repair of the
electrical box on the back of her unit. President Wynberg and Unit Director,
Dave Ferris reviewed some of the items that required change along with Lee
Counties requirement to upgrade the box in order to meet the current code,
causing an increase in the cost of the repair.
There was No unfinished business from the 2020 Annual Meeting.
President Wynberg called for the ballot outcome of the 3 open board
positions. Officers elected were, Lisa Kaiser, Sandy Levinthol and Joyce
Morris.
New Business:
The vote to waive the Annual Statutory Year-End Financial Reporting
Requirements from an audit to a reviewed financial statement was passed
by a YES vote of 38, NO vote of 16.

The vote to Amend 9.2.4 Maintenance, Alterations and
Improvements….Electrical, did not pass; NO vote was 36, YES vote was 21.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Kim Hanson and seconded
by Dave Ferris. Meeting adjourned @7:40 pm.
