Our Association has 100 ground floor homes which include 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 2 1/2 baths, with washer and dryer hook-ups in 1 or 2 car garages. Our mail is delivered to the door-side mail box and outgoing mail picked up. One indoor cat is permitted. There is no through traffic. We are a 55 and over community.
The Board of Directors manage the property. NO MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO PAY. Our only paid personnel is the maintenance person.
Funded Reserves are Roof Replacement, Paving Streets, Painting Buildings, Pool Repairs, Irrigation Up-keep.
Recently refurbished our Pool, NO SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
Our Current low monthly Maintenance Fee includes Property and Liability Insurance, Flood Insurance (Personal Property and Liability, Personal Flood Insurance not included) and grounds maintenance (the grass is cut and the shrubs and trees are trimmed and replaced when necessary). We use recycled water for irrigation (which costs less than the city water which is pumped into our homes). The fee also includes sewer costs, reserves, garbage and recycling pick-up at our homes.
Our Web Page, www.myerleecircle.com, includes our Condominium Documents (Rules and Regulations) and forms to request Title Transfer, Lease Agreement, Work Request and Newsletters which list activities for each month. Buyer, in-person, interviews are required prior to sale closing. Their Realtor/Representative is invited to attend.
