Myerlee Circle Condominium Association 2021 Budget
The 2021 Budget was approved by the Board of Directors on November 17, 2020 after review and discussion with owners at the November 5, 2020 Owner’s Q&A Meeting. The Board approved a budget of $544,754.00.
The largest increase comes in the insurance category.
For those of you who were not able to make the Owner’s meeting, remember to inform your bank of the increase of the monthly assessment fee from $420.00 to $440.00 as of January 1, 2021.

MYERLEE CIRCLE 2021 DIRECTORY: The new Directory will be published in January 2021. We are asking owners to let us know if there are any changes in their phone numbers, email address or alternate address. If you have any of those changes to report, please send them to Julia Tepper at ocmjulia@gmail.com., no later than January 5, 2021. –Thank you
MEMORIAL GARDEN: We are in the process of creating a Memorial Garden for our deceased owners at the corner of Myerlee Country Club Blvd and Dog Leg Way. We are seeking donations to help fund this beautiful project. All donations are tax deductible. We so appreciate the donations we have already received. We need to raise $900.00 more before December 31. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated. Please make checks payable to Sandy Levinthal. Cash is most welcome, and we are happy to provide you with certification of your donation. Donations may be dropped off at the Myerlee Club House Office, attention Sandy Levinthal or dropped off at her home, 6941 Dog Leg Way. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
BOARD MEETING: The December Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 15 at the clubhouse at 1:30 pm. Owners are welcome. Mask is required to enter the clubhouse.
WOMEN’S CLUB MEETING: The next women’s club meeting will be held on Monday, December 7, at 10:30 am, at the clubhouse. All are welcome. Please come join us and help us organize some of our Myerlee Circle activities.
BOOK CLUB: The first book club meeting of the season will be held on Wednesday, January 13 at 10:30 am. The date has been changed to the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at the Myerlee Country Club followed by a lunch of your choice. All are welcome. For January, we will be reading The Last Train To Paradise. A novel by Les Standiford. If you wish to obtain a copy of this book, or for any questions, please contact Eileen Lightell at 239-415-9318.
Monthly Pot Luck Dinners and Saturday Pancake Breakfast are cancelled due to the COVID-19.

WEEKLY ACTIVITIES: Don’t forget these groups meetings every week at the Circle Clubhouse for fun activities:
Individuals attending activities in the clubhouse must wear a mask and observe social distancing. Outside the clubhouse, please observe social distancing. Thank you.
The Myerlee Circle Art Group will continue to meet at the Clubhouse every Thursday at 1:00pm. If you wish to join us, please call Barbara at 239-437-8242 for more information.
Water Aerobics: Water Aerobics will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 am, barring cold and or inclement weather. Group can only contain 6 (six) people at this time. For any questions, please call Noreen Bailey at 612-247-5275
Knitting and Crocheting Group: The “Knitting/Crocheting for Charity” group will be meeting on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month at 1:00 P.M., in the Myerlee Circle Clubhouse. All are welcome. If you have any questions about the knitting group, contact Joni Johnson at jmjfhjbeach@aol.com. Please mention Knitting group in the subject line OR call Joni at 239-765-9214. See you there!!!
Happy Hour: The Thursdays Happy Hour is to be held (for now) at the clubhouse’s Lanai from 4:30 to ? pm. Bring your own drink, and you may bring your own food, but no food to be shared.
Bocce Players: On Friday afternoons around 4:00, why not come out to the Bocce court for some fun and laughs. It is right behind the clubhouse. If you wish to use the court at any other time, you are welcome. The balls are inside the clubhouse kitchen door and the broom used to smooth the court is in the pool’s utility closet.
The shuffleboard courts are ready for your use. Pucks and sticks are in the clubhouse pantry! For any information you may email Paul at phsalvagin@Gmail.com
We also have cornhole, game equipment is in the closet on the patio. Help yourself to using these also. You can set this up on the lawn to enjoy.
