February 2020 ===========================================================
FROM YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
POTTED PLANTS: Only ONE potted plant may be placed between adjacent units. No other potted plants are allowed in front of your unit or by the front bushes. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a fine. We shall be inspecting unit fronts again after February 1st then issuing fines to unit owners not in compliance. Thank you for your assistance in making Myerlee Circle uniform and neat.
Sandy Levinthal,

UNITS’ OUSIDE LIGHT: Many have asked about replacing the outside light at their condo. The replacement is the owners responsibility, however we are working with Gavin’s Ace Hardware for a special price on a new light that would be appropriate.
In order to get a number, if you would like your outside light replaced, please call the office, or email the board with your name and address sometime before February 14.
David Ferris,
Facilities Director
