Meeting called to order at 1 pm by President Wynberg.
Maintenance Report
Mike reports he will start the lanai bathrooms floors next month.
Larry requests the garage door code to be changed every March.
SECRETARY’S REPORT
JUNE 22,2021 corrected Board Minutes unanimously approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Financial Report unanimously accepted as read. There are 5 owners currently behind in HOA fees.
Larry requested Linda to send out a reminder form letter when owners are 1 month behind.
We have a lot of unexpected expenses but Larry said we should still be on budget.
VICE-PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Covid State of emergency has been lifted.
Effective July 20 the Clubhouse and Pool are open and back to normal with no restrictions.
The Budget committee will be meeting August 17 and September 7.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Motion made by Joyce to not have a board meeting in August. 2nd by Kim. Next board meeting will be
September 21.
DIRECTORS REPORTS
POOL/CLUBHOUSE DIRECTOR
Health Department Pool report July 14,2021. The underwater pool light was not flush with the wall.
Mike fixed it 7/15. The Life ring with rope was frayed. Replaced with new life ring and rope 7/19.
Update on air conditioner. The heating element is still on back order with no expected date.
Gulf Shore Cooling will not be paid in full until work has been completed.
GROUNDS DIRECTOR
Owners can’t stop Angel to request to have their bushes trimmed. They need to fill out Maintenance
request form. Julia will send out a reminder to owners. Angel’s contract is up the end of December.
Sandy requests to renew Angel’s contract.
UNITS DIRECTOR
5 Shut off valves were replaced last week. The other 4 valves will be replaced July 29. The county now
has to come and shut off the water.
Window sills are still being replaced. Should be completed 8/2.
Lisa requested we should put in Back flow system. Quote is for $2,800.
6932 Dog Leg request. Lisa looked at his roof and explained to owner that our roofs will be replaced in 2
years.
NEW BUSINESS
Owner asked about a street light at the entrance to Myerlee. Explained we checked on it about 2 years
ago with no luck.
Owner asked about pool lanai roof leaking. Told him we will put in next year’s budget.
Kim made motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:40 pm unanimously approved.
Meeting adjourned at 2:40 pm.
