ANNUAL MEETING, MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2020
Important Reminder:
All owners/ voting members MUST COMPLETE, SIGN and SUBMIT the LIMITED PROXY/MEETING BALLOT before or by the day of the Annual Meeting. This form is the legal instrument for owners/voting members to cast their vote to waive the statutory year-end financial reporting requirement. Volunteer(s) will be at the clubhouse by 5:00 PM on the day of the meeting if any owner needs to obtain, complete and submit a Limited Proxy/Meeting Ballot form.
THE ANNUAL MEETING IS SCHEDULED TO START AT 6:30 PM.
The Board of Directors appreciates owners understanding the importance of their voting responsibility.

WOMEN’S CLUB MEETING: Women’s club meeting will be on Monday, March 2. Come and join us at 10:00 am for coffee. Meeting will start at 10:30 am. Come and help us organize some of our Myerlee Circle activities and projects.
BOOK CLUB: Our Book Club will be meeting on Tuesday, March 10, at the Myerlee Country Club at 10:30 am, followed by lunch. This month we are reading a novella of our choice.

MEN’S PANCAKE BREAKFAST: The men will be holding their monthly pancake breakfast Saturday morning, March 14, from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Please join us for a delicious breakfast of pancakes, savory sausage, eggs, coffee and orange juice, and best of all great company.
POT LUCK DINNER: Our next Pot Luck dinner will be on Thursday, March 19 at 5:00 pm. Dinners are held at the clubhouse. You may bring your favorite dish to share, and…..don’t forget your “adult beverage” .
Reservations are not necessary for regular Pot Luck Dinners. Just come and join us for a wonderful time. Reservations will only be necessary for our special dinners of Pizza and Chicken Nights. We will let you know.

SW FL Holocaust Museum and Cohen Educational Center
Will meet at the clubhouse at 9:15 am. The cost is $15.00 per person.
Saturday, March 21
Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery
The tour is at no cost and we will get a cocktail and tasting!!
Will meet at the clubhouse at 12:00 noon.

PHIL AND BRENDA VANIA’S SATURDAY EVENINGS AT THE CLUBHOUSE:
Saturday, March 7: – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm – BUNCO – $10.00 entry fee. Only four tables, so secure your spot asap or after email invite goes out.
Saturday, March 14: – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm – Cards Night – Game to be determined.
Saturday, March 28: – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm – Murder Mystery Dinner Night with Pizza, Salad, and dessert.
RSVP to be one of 8 major characters. Cost: $7.00 per person.

WEEKLY ACTIVITIES: Don’t forget these groups meeting every week at the Circle Clubhouse for fun activities:
Water Aerobics: Water Aerobics will meet every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 am barring cold and or inclement weather.
Chair and Gentle Yoga
Mondays: 9:00 am. Chair and Gentle Yoga
Thursdays: 9:00 am. Gentle and Beginning Yoga
Thursdays: 10:00 am. Balance and Strength Chair Yoga (seated and some standing)
All DVD classes are held at the Myerlee clubhouse and run approximately one hour.

The Myerlee Circle Art Group meets at the Clubhouse every Thursday at 1:00pm. If you wish to join us, please call Barbara at 239-437-8242 for more information.
Knitting and Crocheting Group: The “Knitting/Crocheting for Charity” group will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, at The Myerlee clubhouse at 2:00 pm. All are welcome.

Happy Hour meets every Thursday at 4:30 in the Clubhouse. Bring a snack of your choice along with your beverage and get in on the latest scoop.
Bocce Players: On Friday afternoons around 4:00, why not come out to the Bocce court for some fun and laughs. It is right behind the clubhouse. If you wish to use the court at any other time, you are welcome. The balls are inside the clubhouse kitchen door and the broom used to smooth the court is in the pool’s utility closet.
Shuffleboard: The Shuffleboard courts are ready for your use. Pucks and sticks are in the clubhouse pantry!
We also have cornhole game equipment in the closet on the patio. Help yourself to using these also. You can set this up on the lawn to enjoy.
