MYERLEE CIRCLE NEWS LETTER
February 2017
====================================================================
Greetings from the Board. February is already upon us. Although it is a shorter month, there are many wonderful celebrations coming our way. Of course we have Super Bowl Sunday, Valentine’s Day, and we wish happiness to all and sweet memories to those who may be missing someone special this year. The Women’s club will be sponsoring a pot luck so we can enjoy each other’s company and of course there is Presidents’ Day where we remember founding Fathers of our country and the virtues we hold dear. Please join us at our next Board meeting on February 21 and be with us first hand as decisions are made regarding our Association.
CONDO FEE: Please remember that as of January 1, the Myerlee Condo Association fee is $400.00. If you sent your January payment for $376.00, you need to send another check for the difference of $24.00. If your payment is made electronically, please advise your bank of this change. Thank you
A reminder that all car washing is to take place at the maintenance shed. A new nozzle for the hose has been purchased. The guideline is clearly stated in the directory for clarification. (#12, on page 15). If there is a problem in using the area, please let a member of the Board know so that we can help to clear up the situation.
Pressure washing has begun on the grounds. The work should be starting more routinely from Bunker and progress from there. Please be patient with the volunteers as they begin the work. Thank you.
SUNDAY is approaching and of course we will be having a party to celebrate the fun. A pool will occur as usual. See us at happy hour or at the breakfast. Anyone who wishes to watch the game with friends and neighbors, there has been a gathering the past 2 years in the clubhouse. The game starts at 6:30 so we gather at 5:30 pm. The Men’s Club will be providing the hot dogs. Some of us are making chili, but you are also encouraged to make or bring snacks to share. Of course it is BYOB…. If you didn’t know, The New England Patriots are playing the Atlanta Falcons in Houston, Texas, so dress accordingly. We hope to see many of you there. There may be a 50/50 raffle if there is enough interest also
