SPECIAL BOARD MEETING APRIL 30, 2021
ATTENDANCE:
President, Larry Wynberg
Vice-President, Joyce Morris
Treasurer, Linda Fentner
Secretary, Pearl Prevoir
Grounds Director. Sandy Levinthal
Unit Director, Lisa Kaiser
Tami Thomson, Owner of 1337 MCCB
President Wynberg called the meeting to order @ 1:00 PM
Special Board Meeting was called to review and discuss
requests of 2 owners to put in patios. Owners submitted plans for
patios which included dimensions and shrubbery. Board members
addressed concerns of patios extending onto association’s Common
Ground and identified what safety concerns must be considered.
Motion was made and approved to allow the patio plan
For 1337 Myerlee Country Club Blvd with the exception of pavers
extending out 3ft from the back of the lanai instead of the requested
4ft.
Patio Plan for the 6917 Birdie Way was tabled for additional review
until the May 18th Board Meeting.
Motion made by Sandy to adjourn the meeting, second by Pearl.
