CLUBHOUSE: It is wonderful to see how often our clubhouse is being used for many different type of gatherings and activities, such as chair yoga, cards, Ti Chi Chi, Bunco, dancing, mystery games, paint group and many delicious meals. In keeping with a fair and equitable approach for owners and tenants to rent or use the clubhouse individuals must contact the Clubhouse Director to obtain permission of use. After any gathering the responsible person(s) is expected to: clean tables, dishes, silverware, vacuum rug as needed, replace furniture, if moved, wipe down kitchen counters, put garbage and recyclables outside back kitchen door, wash kitchen floor, if necessary, turn off all lights, fans and turn down air conditioner, if setting changed. Be sure pantry door and front and back doors of clubhouse are locked. The Board of Directors appreciates your cooperation in keeping our clubhouse looking and “smelling” inviting.

MYERLEE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION LANDSCAPE POLICIES: The association has a contract for all landscape services with a well respected landscape company. Their responsibilities consist of install, remove, fertilize, trim prune and otherwise maintain or tend to outdoor landscaping. When or if the Board of Directors permits Unit Owners to be involved with exterior landscaping, it is understood that such permission is revocable at the will of the Board, with or without cause. Necessary maintenance of the Common Elements or Association Property is the responsibility of the Board of Directors. The Association Property includes but not limited to outdoor shrubs, trees and lawns. (*page 16 of Owner’s Directory).
