MYERLEE CIRCLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION BOARD         April 23, 2020

 

As we go into the third week of the “ STAY at HOME” Requirement the board is currently developing guidelines toward re-opening Myerlee Circle pool and activities. Although we all agree how important and necessary it is to monitor the CDC and healthcare organization’s recommendations the guidelines must also meet the long-term needs of our community. At this time, the board has not yet identified date(s) for opening activities. We will keep owners informed as we complete these guidelines.

I just received a call from Susie Keller a board member at Myerlee Circle Country Club Estates North stating that the residence from Myerlee Circle Condo Assoc. are using their pool and they do not want them to.  They have contacted the police and will be on the look out for members from your association using their pool.  Please advice members to NOT use their pool.

NOTICE OF NO TRESPASS

TO All full time and seasonal owners/residents of Myerlee Circle.

Please be aware that MYERLEE ESTATES NORTH is NOT associated with MYERLEE CIRCLE. They are a separate association and a different community so their pool and other amenities are NOT open to the public, but ONLY to residents/owners of MYERLEE ESTATES NORTH.

We have been informed by Myerlee Estates North board member of recent additional acts of trespassing by several women and 1 gentleman from MYERLEE CIRCLE CONDO. THIS ACTIVITY MUST STOP NOW.

ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS OF MYERLEE CIRCLE ARE NOW ON NOTICE THAT ANY CONTINUED ACT OF TRESPASSING INTO THE POOL OF MYERLEE ESTATES NORTH COULD LEAD TO LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE TRESPASSERS.

Here is something to think about during this stressful time

                     Magic

When I go for a walk in the morning

   My footsteps will lag a bit now,

      But I’ll still hear a mockingbird singing

        Out there on a sycamore bough.

 

I will still smell the fragrance of roses

 A  blaze in a garden nearby,

    I will still see the glory of sunrise

      In a rose-pink and lavender sky.

 

So why should I feel that I’m shackled

  By the frailness of humankind here,

     When nature with all of her magic

       Is making my sighs disappear?
