                                                               March  2017                                                                                                                                                                                                           ==============================================================

The month of March brings the Annual Meeting on the 6th at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse.  We will have two new board members and one returning member to continue the work of the Association.  Your attendance is important to form a quorum. The Board reminds  you to bring your ballot or send your proxy ballot in; each vote is important on the issues at hand.

PHONE TREE:  The Board is looking for 1-2 volunteers from each street in our community to take on the responsibility to be the starters for branches of a phone tree.  This would be used when we have an emergency such as turning off the water or sudden loss of power on the property.  Many experienced the water issue recently and an early notification system was not in place.  If you are willing to be a part of the phone tree, there will be a sign-up sheet at the Annual Meeting and follow up materials will be made available from this list.

If you see anyone doing so, please discourage this behavior and let management know. We need to protect our units from this type of problem.

RECYCLABLESThe following items are non-recyclable: Plastic grocery bags, polystyrene trays, Styrofoam, and newspaper sleeves. Also paper packaging with wax layer (such as juice boxes). Do not put this items in your recyclable bin. Doing so may cause the County to stop picking up our recyclables.
