Updated Rules For Contractors September 2020

Myerlee Circle Condominium Association

Additions to Phase 2 Reopening dated 5/21/2020 & 6/17/2020 & 8/20/2020 for Contractors

Medical Emergency/Pandemic Recommendations

September 17, 2020

The following are rules set in place for the Contractors providing services to our community:

All renovations can be submitted for consideration  by the Board.  Contractors will be required to adhere to Myerlee Circle Condominium Association guidelines and COVID 19/Medical Emergency/Pandemic guidelines.

The Unit Owner/Resident has the responsibility to question the Contractor’s health and wellbeing on the day of the work on their unit.  Don’t allow Contractors to enter the property if they are not feeling well or if you (the Unit Owners/Residents) are not feeling well.

It is important to stress, when possible, that everyone adheres to the mandate of social distancing of 6ft.

Don’t use communal pens.  If you are required to sign something, it would be a good idea to use your own pen.

Masks will be required

The Owner/Resident will be responsible for sanitizing all surfaces of their unit after the Contractors have left.

The Unit Owners must determine, before the Contractor is hired, and before coming for work on the property, what their policy and procedures are for sanitizing and preparation to protect the Unit Owners.

The Contractor’s must be trained in COVID19, or any Pandemic or Medical Emergency, procedures when entering a home for the purpose of repair or renovation.  Have the Worker(s) describe the policies in place.

This information is the Association’s Rules for COVID 19, or any Pandemic or Medical Emergency, as it relates to the Contractors entering your unit for renovations.  Please provide the handout to your Contractors either when you sign a contract for the work or when they come to do the work and have them sign the acknowledgement at the bottom of the form and return it to the Board showing they have read our policy.
