After Assessment meeting

Mike’s license for taking care of the pool is about to expire. Cynthia has gotten several quotes to have outside pool maintenance companies take care of our pool.

After discussion and looking over the quotes Tom Kaiser made the motion to go with Coastal Blue for service $325.00 per month twice a week vacuum once a month. It was seconded by Cynthia and all agreed.

Mike will be giving up Tuesday so that we can have pool maintenance by an outside company.

It was discussed to see if we can change to having him pick up garbage and recycle on the same day. The reasoning to have him freed up to do more productive maintenance work.

David makes a motion to change Mike’s work schedule to Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Seconded by Tom starting September 11, 2023. Motion carried.
