Meeting was called to order by President Wynberg at 1:00 pm. All board members in attendance.

Secretary’s Report of November 27, 2018 accepted with addition of John Schreiber’s name as the fourth vote to accept 2019 Budget as presented.

Treasurer’s Report accepted. Linda presented painter’s bill for review due to questions on cost. Dave Ferris will discuss with painter then update Treasurer. Linda reports next owner interview scheduled for 1/22/19; no report on owners in arrears.

Vice President Report…committee reviewing need for new printer determined not necessary at this time. All large printing requirements will be purchased as necessary.

Clubhouse..no changes or problems at this time.

Units/Grounds..Dave Ferris reports complaints of increased trash in dumpster. Investigation of trash bins shows possible trash from unit remodel. Will put notice regarding Trash Bin use in next Newsletter. Dave reports Painter almost completed unit painting. Mulch will be spread once painter completes his tasks.

President’s Comments…Larry reminded Treasurer that she must send financials to Board Computer monthly. Reviewed procedure of who and when to contact association lawyer. Request update on board member access to Myerlee Circle.com. Reminded board members to submit all and any 2018 bills to treasurer as soon as possible.

Old Business…Secretary request reason for mail delivery change to treasurer’s home versus Board mailbox. Discussion ensued with no decision, will table any further discussion until next board meeting, January, 2019. Dave Ferris will complete forms for town to evaluate sidewalk repair of Myerlee CC Blvd.

New Business….Dave Ferris identified requests from several owners:

Request to move washer/dryer from garage into unit, request denied as association insurance will not cover venting dryer through roof

Request to move dish was approved

Request to remove current shrubbery in front of villa to replace with Rose Bushes. Denied as does not comply with association shrubbery requirements.

Owner submitted inquiry of payment to clean his air conditioner after paint chips created operational issues. Board agreed appropriate to pay for this bill.

     Discussion opened by president on change of schedule for monthly  

+BOARD MEETINGS WILL TAKE PLACE THE 3rd WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH. NEXT MEETING IS JANUARY 16, AT 1:00pm.

Dave contacted concrete company for estimate on repairs of driveways and sidestreet sidewalks. Annual Meeting agenda discussed, board member renewals, concerns about security of board computer and request to identify board member’s access to myerlee circle.com.
