MYERLEE CIRCLE NEWSLETTER

JANUARY  2019

HAPPY NEW YEAR!  A very happy and healthy new year to you and your loved ones.

FROM THE BOARD

BOARD MEETINGS: Updated schedule for Board meetings. The Board will now be meeting on the third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm at the clubhouse. Owners are welcome to attend.

UNIT KEYS: Owners are responsible to provide the Association access to their units at reasonable times and after notice and at once in emergency cases. In order to gain such access a workable pass key must be provided and kept at the Association Office. All keys are placed in a locked box that can only be accessed by a board member. Privacy and security of owner’s property is monitored closely when access is required.

If you have changed locks without providing a working copy to the association, please put a clearly labeled (your unit, street address) workable key in the mail slot which is in the door at the right side of the Clubhouse at your earliest convenience.

Sites for the above are:

7.2.4,9.8 and 11 of the Revised A

USE OF DUMPSTERS: Contractors and/ or owners cannot use the community dumpster for construction materials. If the contractor or owner fills the dumpster with construction debris there will be an extra charge billed to the owner. Strategically placed cameras are currently assisting maintenance and board members in identifying individuals depositing construction debris in the community dumpster.

The Board appreciates your cooperation with these regulations.
