MYERLEE CIRCLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOC. BOARD
MINUTES.
6945 DOG LEG WAY
FORT MYERS, FL. 33919. DATE: 9/17/20
Meeting called to order by President Larry Wynberg@ 1:30 pm. All board members in
attendance.
Maintenance Report:
Mike reports pump irrigation still down due to trouble finding parts. He has not received any
quotes for repair yet, may take 2-3 weeks to get quotes.
Mike repairing downspouts.
Landscaper aware of issues with staff riding over downspouts. Possibility of landscaper putting
downspouts under ground.
1333 MCCB having problems with front lawn, Mike looking into getting some SOD. He may be
able to use SOD from another area in Myerlee. Several other owners having similar issues.
SECRETARY’s REPORT:
August 20, 2020 Board Minutes accepted as read
Myerlee website was repaired by the website host but new problem has surfaced. Treasurer has
contacted our IT Service provider.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Linda spoke with family member living in 6940 Dog Leg Way regarding ownership of condo.
Linda working with couple who bought 6911 Birdie Way.
August Revenues accepted as presented.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
Joyce working with Brown & Brown rep to gather all pertinent information on expected Premium
increases. Insurance quote appears to be 13% higher than previous Cost.
Emergency/Pandemic requirements for Contractors revised and approved.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
Larry reports he has spoken to Myerlee Garden’s  Board Member regarding patio issues
presented by some owners of Bunker Way that abut Myerlee Garden. Situation will be
monitored as needed
DIRECTOR’S REPORTS
CLUBHOUSE / POOL REPORT:
Kim Reports the Solar Cover Wheel has been delivered and will be installed. Board members
reviewed Kim’s proposal for Use of clubhouse and pool changes under Phase 2 of the
Emergency/Pandemic Rules. Minor changes recommended, all board members agreed with
changes. New rules approved.
Owners will be notified and changes will be in effect as of October 1, 2020.
UNIT DIRECTOR REPORT :
Dave reports owner on Eagle Way had an electrical problem caused by an outdoor wire to
transformer. Electrician contacted for estimate of repair. Discussion took place regarding
responsibility for cost of these repairs and type of repairs required. Apparently this issue is due
to age of equipment. Further review and discussion required along with obtaining quotes for
work to be done.
GROUNDS DIRECTOR REPORT:
Sandy working with landscaper on replacement of trees and bushes. Angel indicates he will
contact our pest control company to discuss spraying schedule. There have been many
problems with ants this year, causing decision not to put down mulch.
OLD BUSINESS:
Final draft of Truck Parking Rules/ Regulations not available.
4 Driveway Repairs completed. Board agrees scheduling 4 Driveway repairs/ year is appropriate
and cost efficient.
NEW BUSINESS:
President Wynberg initiated review of 20/21 Budget recommendations. Larry suggests meeting
take place with the Budget Committee to review budget. All members in agreement. Date and
time will be posted for owners.
